Leadership and Strategy are my passion.

I’m a retired Army Special Operations Officer specializing in leader development, goal attainment, and organizational transformation. I have graduate degrees in strategic planning and organizational psychology plus a wealth of practical application in change management, talent development, and long-term strategic planning and execution.

My dream is to elevate leaders in the LGBTQ+ community, to educate, to coach, and build workforce well-being into the fabric of business planning. We will work to forge new paths that enable you to attain all of your goals in life and to celebrate those accomplishments.
